Rain Barrel Workshop
The Loudoun Soil & Water Conservation District, in cooperation with the Town of Lovettsville, will conduct a workshop on the utilization of rain barrels to provide non-potable water for lawns, plants, and washing cars and outdoor equipment. The workshop will be held at the Community Center, 57 East Broad Way, on Monday, April 30 at 6:30 PM. Town residents may purchase a make-your-own rain barrel for $52.50 (including tax) or a pre-made rain barrel for $68.25 (including tax) at the workshop. The Town is offering a $20 utility credit incentive for the purchase of one rain barrel per household for in-town residents. Call Town Hall at 540-822-5788 for more information.
