African American HIstorical Association Forum

The Plains, VA There will be a forum on Friday May 11 regarding the Chapman/Beverly Mill and the enslaved people who worked there. From 9-12 noon participants will meet at the African American Historical Association at 4243 Loudoun Avenue, the Plains. From 1-4 p.m. there will be tours of the mill and archaeological sites associated with the mill -- they are still looking for quarters. The fee is $10/person, $8/senior, $5/student, and a light lunch will be served.
