BITWC-Imagine That!! Theatre Presents "Miss Firecracker Contest"
Written by well known Southern Gothic comic playwright, Beth Henley ("Crimes of the Heart"), and directed by Marian Sweet. "Miss Firecracker Contest" tells the story of Carnelle Scott, a young woman of tarnished reputation, who returns to her small Mississippi town expressly to win the Miss Firecracker Contest and restore her good name. Along the way she interacts with a series of off-beat characters who deal with life in their own peculiar ways. A Pre-theatre dinner package is available Friday and Saturday evenings at Savior Faire in Round Hill. Reservations are required with seating at 5:30pm.
