International Justice Mission Benefit Concert at Patrick Henry College
Students from Patrick Henry College in Purcellville are hosting a benefit concert to raise awareness and funds to fight global human rights injustices. The concert will feature the final performance of local band Foreverisforever. PHC students Jonathan Boes, Christina Fortini, and DC-based Hiz Neway are opening. Admission is free. Donations can be made at the concert. All proceeds will go to International Justice Mission (IJM), a Washington D.C.-based human rights agency that secures justice for victims of slavery, sexual exploitation and other forms of violent oppression. IJM lawyers, investigators and aftercare professionals work with local officials to ensure immediate victim rescue and aftercare, to prosecute perpetrators and to promote functioning public justice systems all around the world. For more information, visit www.ijm.org.
