The Leesburg Kiwanis' hold the 56th annual Halloween parade for the community at 6 pm on October 31st.
High school bands, police, fire and rescue units, scouts, businesses large and small, families, groups, individuals, dogs, horses, political parties, senior center members and more will proceed down King Street to the delight of thousands of onlookers of all ages eager for candy and entertainment.
