From Unison to Fredericksburg with Frank O'Reilly

Middleburg, VA 20117Frank O’Reilly, noted Civil War author and historian with the Fredericksburg-Spotsylvania National Military Park, will speak on events occurring in Loudoun County, specifically Unison that led to the Battle of Fredericksburg in December 1862. The talk will take place in the historic Unison United Methodist Church where graffiti written by wounded soldiers brought to the church following battle can be seen. This talk will be on the 150th anniversary of the event. Admission to be announced.
