Hans Rouillard, an accomplished food and beverage industry veteran with experiences spanning the resort and corporate level, has been named the new Executive Chef at Lansdowne Resort in Leesburg, Va., resort representatives announced today. Rouillard joins Lansdowne Resort after nearly 30 years in the hospitality industry including extensive stints with Disney and Hyatt hotel brands. The resort is owned by LaSalle Hotel Properties and managed by Destination Hotels & Resorts. Rouillard assumed his new role on August 6.
